In our most successful Branded Content campaign to date, we worked with Planet Youth in promoting their new website O-Week Online over the wider Orientation period for uni students in 2020.
The campaign goal was to create content on 5Why that would ultimately drive traffic and sign ups to O-Week Online over the promotion period in February 2020. When we were in the early strategy and planning stages, we suggested three Advertorial articles that would sit on site.
Two articles focused on what we thought were the two most appealing deals/competitions being run on the platform, with the other being a summary of the six best deals on O-Week Online. Over the course of the campaign, we amassed thousands of pageviews and clicks + sign ups to the O-Week Online website, with strong impressions across social media.
The campaign showcased the power of advertorial content led by an enticing deal/competition or incentive as a means to drive brand engagement. Chatime and Grill’d both saw bumper engagements in the downloads of their loyalty apps during this campaign.
